Welcome Spring at the Wizard Lantern Procession to the Wishing Tree in Lithia Park. The magic begins Spring Equinox on Thursday, March 20.

Lantern and Wish making begins at 4pm on the Plaza. Sip your 1st Taste of Spring Elixir from an acorn cup. Meet the Wizard of Ashlandia, one of the 12 members of the Council of Invisible Creatures. He’ll sort you into your Wizard Guild and send you out on a foraging quest to find magical supplies in Lithia Park. Quests begin at 5pm, 530 and 6pm

Then at 630, the Wizard will guide us to activate our lanterns and wishes and prepare for our procession to the Wishing Tree. The Wishing Tree appears on Equinoxes and Solstices, reminding us to set our intentions for the new season.

Bring your lantern as we procession into Dragonwood Forest to welcome the latest class of graduating Wizards. Honors will be awarded for Top Spellcaster, Potioneer and Alchemist of the Wizarding Class of 2025.

Spellcasters will be on hand to open the Spring Portal for a magical surprise.
